Event Medical Cover

We are experienced in providing medical cover from small fates up to large festivals and displays.

We have provided and organized events from 50 people up to 20,000 with good working relationships with EPRR departments of various NHS trusts.

We can provide everything from one bag up to full treatment centres including cardiac monitoring.

The Arena Guide

National Ambulance Resilience Unit (NARU)

when we complete and quotation or provide any medical plans to clients


Our staff come from a wide range of backgrounds including current frontline staff working for the NHS and Private Providers.


The staff base that we have varies from:


First Responder (Hold FREC3 as a minimum)


Urgent Care Assistant (Hold FREC4)


Emergency Care Assistant (Hold FREC4 and a recognised blue light driving qualification)


Emergency Care Technician (Hold FREC4, SALM and a recognised blue light driving qualification)


Advanced Technician (IHCD, AAP or FREUC5)


Nurse (NMC Registered)


Paramedic (HCPC Registered)


All events come with contact number for nominated person on site, duty manager number and Medical Plan that is available to SAG groups as needed.

We are proud of our staff and what they are able to do.


To be open and honest with all our clients we have created a Scope of Practice detailing what each clinical grade is able to contribute to your event to ensure that it runs as safely as possible.

We are able to provide fully equipped and kitted vehicles to registered companies to help support event medical provisions on site.


We are currently in the process of gaining our CQC registration to allow us in the future to provide the following registered services:

Inter-Hospital Transfers

Private Transfers


Currently our A&E equipped ambulance can only be used within an event footprint and can NOT be used to convey patients to hospital from event sites as this is a regulated activity.
